Global Payroll Project Specialist

YOUR TASKS

• You will be responsible for the support of our global payroll clients
• Implementation of existing and onboarding of new international clients on our global HR platform "Parrot"
• Monitoring of the "Parrot" dashboard
• Training of clients and colleagues, regular information about updates
• Close cooperation with internal specialist departments and external software providers
• Calculation of cross-border payroll projects
• Transparent and independent way of working
• Quality management and quality assurance
• Advancing digital collaboration solutions within our BPO Payroll services
• Active collaboration in an international team and constantly growing area

YOUR PROFILE

• Interest in supporting international clients
• Completed business education
• Professional experience in the area of payroll accounting
• Knowledge of income tax and social insurance law
• Knowledge of Datev and/or SAP – nice to have
• Friendly and confident demeanour, communication and team skills as well as reliability
• Enjoy organising, analytical skills and an independent and structured way of working
• Strong communication skills and a high level of service orientation
• Confident handling of MS Office
• High quality awareness
• Interest in and understanding of medium-sized companies
• At least business fluent in English
