YOUR ROLE

Are you looking to start or continue your career in IT procurement within an international environment? Join our global team supporting over 6,000 employees across 50 countries in:

• Central purchasing support: You support the central purchasing department in the procurement of IT hardware, software and IT services
  
• Contract controlling: You will work in contract controlling, monitor terms, notice periods and extensions
  
• Data maintenance and archiving: You will help maintain and structure digital contract archives and update purchasing, contract and master data in the ERP system (e.g. SAP Ariba, FlexeraOne)
  
• Administrative support: You will take on administrative tasks in the day-to-day business of IT purchasing

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed studies in business administration, business informatics or a comparable qualification
  
• Understanding of procurement and purchasing processes
  
• Analytical and organizational skills
  
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
  
• Fluency in Polish
  
• Fluency in English and/or German – you will work in an international environment, knowledge of at least one of these languages is a must
