Your responsibilities

• Constantly improve your knowledge with latest developments in the complete area of AI & ML.
• Be able to translate business needs into solutions in the area of AI and automation.
• Work with internal stakeholders to push existing automations and create new solutions and approaches.
• Select AI & ML approaches for the implementation of specific tasks.
• Be the expert for business employees and management.
• Initiate PoCs in AI and automation area.
• Consult, support and create approaches for prompts, LLM tooling, agents.
• Identify & evaluate trends and tools regarding LLMs, observability and AI trends. Cooperate with the business to implement AI capabilities into business projects.
• Support the automation teams in creating and improving automations with an AI/LLM/ML focus.

Our requirements

• Degree in computer science or equivalent qualification.
• Experience with AI/ML technology and tools.
• General familiarity with technical tools like docker, cloud services, databases, data pipelines and software stacks.
• Practical experience in implementing AI solutions in business environment.
• Practical expertise delivering & consulting on technical solutions.
• Be able to communicate (both spoken and written) in English or German.
• Very good communication skills.

Nice to have:

• Software development experience.
• Knowledge of Python or  JavaScript with AI related libraries and frameworks.
• Experience with cloud services (Azure, GCP, AWS, Digital Ocean)
