IT Billing and Administrative Specialist for IT Department (German-speaking)

Main responsibilities:

• Perform monthly invoicing of IT services in SAP 4HANA (domestic and international invoicing)
• Process and organize data for various user and billing types using Excel macros
• Organize and annotate current accounting documents related to IT
• Collaborate with IT Controlling, Accounting, Application Owners, and License Management teams
• Act as a contact point for queries related to IT billing from Rödl entities worldwide
• Create reports and summaries for the IT department
• Carry out administrative tasks related to IT billing and IT contracts

Requirements:

• Commercial or business-related education/training
• Affinity for payment and accounting topics
• Accuracy, precision, and reliability
• Systematic and structured working method
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel – including macros
• Knowledge of invoicing in SAP 4HANA would be an advantage
• German and English language skills at B2/C1 level
