​Step by step, participants create an integrated business plan model based on a case study. This includes income statement, balance sheet and cash flow accounting.

 
This workshop focuses on the general principles for creating professional financial models, the business contexts of integrated corporate planning and its practical implementation in MS Excel.

 
Workshop contents:
- Procedure for the conceptual design of a financial model
- 10 golden rules when creating a financial model
- Excel tips & tricks
- Individual subtasks with intelligent use of complex formulas
- Excursions on special business topics
- Business management correlations between P&L, balance sheet and cash flow
- Limited number of participants (max. 12)
- Individual support by three experienced coaches
- Learning by doing

​The workshop is aimed at employees in finance departments who are interested in the basics of professional financial models.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel is required.

The early bird fee applies to registrations up to 4 weeks before the start of the workshop.

 
Written cancellation is free of charge up to 4 weeks before the event. Cancellation up to 2 weeks before the event will incur 50 percent of the participation fee. After the deadline, the full amount will be due. Substitute participants are welcome.

 
A PC/laptop with MS Excel as well as a camera and microphone are required.

The workshop will be held in English.
