Secondment of employees

PrintMailRate-it

This service is dedicated to employers who post their workers to another place of work in Poland or abroad, as well as foreign employers who post their employees to work in Poland.

Cross-border secondment obliges employers to observe specific rules, mainly of EU directives, to ensure the minimum level of protection of seconded employees. As a rule, the terms and conditions of employment of a seconded worker must not be worse than those applicable in the country to which he is posted. Failure to observe that rule may lead to adverse consequences for the employer – from a dispute with the worker to financial consequences. That is why the appropriate language of the secondment agreement is so important. Our expert assistance will let you eliminate this risk.
