The Ministry of Digitalisation has announced the final timeline for implementation of e-Deliveries in businesses.

Who is obliged to use the National e-Deliveries System?

The National e-Deliveries System (e-Deliveries inbox) will be mandatory for, among others:

  • limited partnerships,
  • limited liability companies,
  • joint stock companies,
  • branch offices of foreign enterprises.

E-deliveries implementation dates depend on the registration date with the National Court Register

The date when e-Deliveries become mandatory depends on the registration date with the National Court Register:

entities entered in the National Court Register on or after 1 January 2025
from 1 January 2025
entities entered in the National Court Register before 1 January 2025
from 1 April 2025

Optional early access to the e-Deliveries address

Organisations that have to be entered in the National Court Register can already apply for an address for electronic deliveries (abbreviated in Polish as ADE). By activating such an address, you request public authorities to send their communications to that address. This means that, generally, all official correspondence will be sent to the electronic inbox address once it is activated.

ADE is assigned in response to an application which is checked for formal correctness and then forwarded for processing to the Minister of Digitalisation who sets up the address and the e-Deliveries inbox. Therefore, the inbox creation may take time.

Since most organisations will be obliged to have an e-Deliveries inbox from 1 April 2025, we encourage you to start the process in January 2025. This will let you plan the application process and have the address for electronic deliveries assigned by the statutory deadline.
