Who is obliged to use the National e-Deliveries System?

The National e-Deliveries System (e-Deliveries inbox) will be mandatory for, among others:

  • limited partnerships,
  • limited liability companies,
  • joint stock companies,
  • branch offices of foreign enterprises.

E-deliveries implementation dates depend on the registration date with the National Court Register

The date when e-Deliveries become mandatory depends on the registration date with the National Court Register:

entities entered in the National Court Register on or after 1 January 2025
from 1 January 2025
entities entered in the National Court Register before 1 January 2025
from 1 April 2025

Act now

An address for electronic deliveries (ADE) is assigned and entered in the electronic address database in response to an application which is checked for formal correctness and then forwarded for processing to the Minister of Digitalisation who sets up the address and the e-Deliveries inbox. Therefore, the inbox creation may take time.

Since most organisations will be obliged to have an e-Deliveries inbox from 1 April 2025, we encourage you to start the process as soon as January 2025. This will let you plan the application process and have the address for electronic deliveries assigned by the statutory deadline.

Our experts support enterprises in the implementation of e-Deliveries. If you have any questions about e-Deliveries or need assistance in creating an e-Deliveries inbox, contact us.
