TPR form filing deadline extended

A regulation extending the deadline for filing the transfer pricing report has been published in the Journal of Laws. The final regulation differs significantly from the original draft.

The Ministry of Finance has decided to extend the deadline only until 31 January 2024 – in respect of entities which are obliged to submit the TPR form between 30 November 2023 and 31 December 2023.

The regulation entered into force on 28 November 2023 and applies to transfer pricing report for the tax year commencing after 31 December 2021.
