Since the UK's withdrawal from the European Union has adversely affected businesses, Poland has been allocated 173,633,261 euro from the Brexit Adjustment Reserve.

The funds will be available under the Re_Open UK programme and will go to enterprises operating in Poland, in particular micro, small and medium-sized ones. The programme is managed by the Łódź Special Economic Zone (Łódź SEZ).

Who is eligible for funding

The programme will support the following activities of enterprises affected by Brexit:

  • search for new export destinations – participation in international economic events (e.g. trade fairs and missions);
  • investments to update/expand the existing product range or develop a new one – replacement of sources of income lost as a result of Brexit;
  • adaptation to new terms of trade with the UK and advice on growth opportunities in new markets;
  • projects of businesses dependent on fishing activities due to Brexit restrictions.

Deadlines

The closest deadline for applying for funding is expected as early as September this year. Further calls for proposals are planned from 16 January to 6 February 2023 and from 6 to 27 March 2023.

How to effectively apply for funding under the programme? Our new investment expert will be happy to answer:
