The National e-Invoicing System (KSeF) is for issuing and sharing structured invoices. Currently, companies are free to decide whether they want to use KSeF in addition to traditional paper or electronic invoicing.

KSeF will be mandatory for all companies based in Poland and international enterprises having a fixed establishment in Poland. This means a lot of challenges for companies; first of all, they will have to adapt their financial and accounting systems to the new regulations.
