Applications for non-repayable subsidies for robotisation, artificial intelligence and process digitalisation projects in response to the call for proposals of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan may be submitted until 30 November 2023.

The EU-financed budget of this call exceeds 1 billion zloty.

Who can apply?

The call is addressed to large enterprises.

The regional aid is available for projects that contribute to digital transformation, especially robotisation, artificial intelligence and digitalisation of processes, technology, products and services.

What can be subsidised?

The substance of the projects to be subsidised should include:

  • innovative solutions focused on digital transformation, including digitalisation of business processes (management, operational, auxiliary),
  • artificial intelligence (AI) used for business management processes,
  • specialised digital platforms, including dedicated online services for platform customers and integration of existing specialised systems, e.g. in supply chain or service area,
  • dedicated process automation systems in the area of digital security incorporating cloud technology and artificial intelligence (AI), or event correlation and incident monitoring systems for protection of IT systems and personal data,
  • support of transformation into Industry 4.0, focused on robotisation and operating technologies,
  • Machine to Machine (M2M) communications technology, industrial use of the Internet of Things (IoT) utilising advanced information processing technologies,
  • smart production lines, smart factories,
  • cloud technology and artificial intelligence (AI) in production processes,
  • highly specialised digital jobs.

Subsidised projects must be completed by 30 June 2026.

Minimum project value is 8 million zloty net, and maximum value is 140 million zloty net.

The project subsidies constitute regional state aid for investments, which means that aid intensity differs depending on the project location.
