- advises German-speaking clients mainly on VAT, CIT and international tax law (tax treaties), 
- other taxes (PIT, excise duty, transfer tax), 
- regular tax advice,
- represents clients during tax inspections and tax proceedings, especially in applying for advance tax rulings,
- provides tax advice on M&A and restructuring,
- prepares tax calculations and tax returns, including for foreign entities’ permanent/fixed establishments (CIT and VAT compliance).
