Rödl & Partner has received a double award – for BPO services and for legal and tax advice. The award confirms the company's extensive and dynamic growth despite the turbulent economic environment.
The ranking is designed to scan and identify companies which in the last three years have increased their value most rapidly. It takes into account e.g. their financial performance, asset value, payment credibility and clean legal record.
Dr. iur. Monika Behrens, attorney at law and partner co-heading the legal department at Rödl & Partner in Poland, is among the 25 most prominent women lawyers in business. The report was initiated by Forbes Women Polska and the Women in Law Foundation.
Rödl Outsourcing Sp. z o.o. has obtained a certificate from British Standards Institution (BSI) confirming that it has implemented the Information Security Management System in compliance with ISO/IEC 27001:2013 in respect of its HR, payroll and combined HR & payroll services for third party clients, administration and front desk services, as well as HR processes for its own and for other Rödl & Partner group companies' purposes.
BSI (British Standards Institution) is all about international standards. The company was established in 1901 and was the world's first national standards body. A BSI’s certificate confirms the efficiency and effectiveness of our work.
It is the third time Rödl & Partner has been included in the elite ranking of “Forbes Diamonds”. The firm has been listed among the fastest growing companies with revenues from 50 to 250 million zloty in Mazowieckie province.
The title of “Forbes Diamond 2021” honours and confirms Rödl & Partner’s solid position among the best companies on the Polish market. The ranking takes into account such criteria as financial performance 2017–2020, asset value, payment history, payment credibility and clean legal record.
Rödl & Partner has made it again to the Forbes' ranking of most dynamically growing companies (revenues from 5 to 50 million zloty, Mazowieckie province). The title of “Forbes Diamond 2020” honours and confirms Rödl & Partner’s solid position among the best companies on the Polish market. The ranking is based on the Swiss business valuation method. It takes account of financial performance in 2018 and 2019, the value of assets, the payment history and credit standing, as well as a clean legal record.
Rödl & Partner has been awarded the title of “2019 Responsible employer – HR Leader”. Our firm has been recognised for its comprehensive system of training and motivational tools, activity on the labour market, high level of employee identification with the company and CSR activity. Rödl & Partner has received the title from the Strefa Gospodarki business magazine distributed with the daily Dziennik Gazeta Prawna.
Rödl & Partner took part in the 11th edition of the Poland-wide programme called Social Responsibility Leaders and has been awarded with two titles: Good Company 2018 and Good Employer 2018. The programme aims to distinguish leaders of socially responsible business and promote good CSR practices. The programme is run under the auspices of the Institute of Philosophy and Sociology at the Polish Academy of Sciences.
Rödl & Partner is listed in the 2018 edition of “Diamenty Forbesa” (Forbes' Diamonds), a renowned ranking presenting the companies boasting the most dynamic value growth. Rödl & Partner has been distinguished in the 18th edition of the prestigious “Human Resources Management Leader” competition organised by the Institute of Labour and Social Affairs under auspices of the Minister of Family, Labour and Social Policy. The main objective of the competition is to develop new standards and popularise good practices in human resources management. At the same time, Rödl & Partner has won the title of “Foreign Investment Law Firm of the Year in Poland – 2016” in the Client Choice category, in the 7th edition of Global Law Experts Annual Awards.

Rödl & Partner ranked 2nd among large companies in the “Best Practice Employers” contest held as part of the campaign named “Full-time Dad. I like it!”. The campaign was organised under the project “Dad as Mom – a nationwide info campaign promoting the reconciliation of work and family life”. The winners were selected taking into account flexible forms of employment and support for employees who have small children.

Rödl & Partner was announced the winner of the “Mother at work” contest and was awarded the title of an “Extraordinarily mother-friendly company”.
The “Mother at work” project is a social campaign organised by the Polish Santa Claus Foundation which focuses on supporting mothers in the labour market. The project’s launch was preceded by the survey conducted by MillwardBrown SMG/KRC to examine the situation of working mothers and what motivates them in professional life.
Ms Liliane Preusser, Partner at Rödl & Partner, who is in charge of the functioning and development of the finance and accounting outsourcing services of Rödl & Partner Poland, was listed among the 100 most influential people in the Polish outsourcing market.
The list was prepared in summary of the five-year presence of the specialist Outsourcing Magazine in the Polish market. The list includes personalities who have contributed most to the growth of this sector and who, as Bartosz Wawryszuk, the magazine’s editor-in-chief, put it: “have persisted in providing reliable services to businesses””.
