No more teleworking

Teleworking is no longer an option since 7 October 2023.

Teleworking was removed from the Labour Code back on 7 April 2023 but the lawmakers gave employers a 6-month transition period to get ready for this change. That period has just ended.

Every organisation that hires employees who work remotely should repeal the provisions on teleworking and introduce the documentation of remote work in accordance with the currently applicable laws, e.g. a remote work policy.
