New digital incentive for SMEs – Dig.IT begins

A new opportunity will soon open up to micro, small and medium-sized enterprises to support them in digital transformation. If you are thinking about technological development of your business – this may be the right fit for you.


The Dig.IT – Digital Transformation programme is part of the FENG framework and is designed to accelerate digitalisation of Polish enterprises. 

Who can benefit?


Micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) operating in Poland in industrial processing or manufacturing services, which have minimum 5 closed financial years.
The digital transformation project must affect a manufacturing process or manufacturing services and their immediate supporting services.

The aid may be granted for:

  • process automation and business analytics;
  • use of artificial Intelligence and machine learning;
  • digital sale and customer relationship;
  • cybersecurity;
  • use of cloud-based solutions;
  • enterprise resource management using IT tools.​

The mandatory component of the project should include costs of acquisition and implementation of off-the-shelf digital technologies in enterprise’s operations or customised software development services to create digital technologies and implement thus produced technology in business.

The optional component of the project may include costs of employee training using acquired digital technologies, acquisition of necessary tangible assets, materials, consumables and similar products.

The maximum total share of eligible costs in the optional component is 40% of the eligible costs of the grant project.

Form of aid and eligible costs:

  • Aid in the form on non-repayable grants as de minimis aid;
  • Aid intensity: up to 50% of project costs;
  • Minimum grant value: 150,000 zloty;
  • Maximum grant value: 850,000 zloty.


The first call for proposals in the pilot call will be open from 3 to 21 November 2025.
