Polish transfer pricing regulations are becoming increasingly detailed and demanding.

The documentation requirement applies even to relatively small transactions, and the deadlines for preparing the documentation are short. The management board must sign a statement confirming that the data is accurate, which means personal liability. Even minor errors can be quickly detected and lead to a tax audit.​
