20 March 2025

The call for proposals in the scheme named ‘Investments in implementation of environmentally-friendly technologies and innovations’, including those related to circular economy, financed under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan, will start on 31 March 2025.

Beneficiaries

The call for proposals is addressed to large enterprises implementing projects independently or to consortia composed of at least one large enterprise and at least one research organisation. Small and medium-sized enterprises will be able to participate in projects as consortium members.

What can be subsidised?

Subsidies will be available for projects aimed at developing innovative (at least on a national scale) technology (solution) that will contribute to the creation of the market for secondary raw materials. The deliverable must be implemented on the market (as part of the project or outside of it).

Subsidies will be also available for projects promoting the development of technologies that contribute to the creation of the market for secondary raw materials, aimed at making the economy more efficient (e.g. by increasing the number of recyclable materials, decreasing the number of primary raw materials used in manufacturing processes, and decreasing the volume of waste stored in landfills).

Subsidies will be available for projects covering:

  • R&D on technologies that contribute to the growth of the market for secondary raw materials;
  • preparatory and implementation work on the marketing of solutions developed in the course of the undertaking;
  • purchases of R&D infrastructure to develop technologies that contribute to the growth of the market for secondary raw materials.

Subsidies for projects pursued by large enterprises and corporate consortium members have a nature of a grant and will be awarded as state aid or de minimis aid. Research organisations will be granted subsidies outside the state aid scheme as part of their non-economic activities.

Budget

The call budget is over 273 million zloty. The minimum aid amount is PLN 1 million and the maximum aid is PLN 69.2 million. The level of subsidies depends on the selected state aid scheme.

Time/Deadline

Call for proposals: 31 March 2025 to 30 April 2025.
