Registration in TAX FREE IT system has started

Registration with TAX FREE IT system on the PUESC 2 platform started on 1 July 2021. Entities that currently use the TAX FREE service as sellers or intermediaries and want to keep on doing so are required to sign up to TAX FREE IT system by the end of this year.

Until the end of 2021, TAX FREE procedures are carried out according to the old rules.

The procedures for registering authorisations in the PUESC 2 system can be quite time-consuming and require plenty of internal arrangements and authorisations. So it is worth taking advantage of the few months that lawmakers give us to avoid a surprise by an unavailable service at the start of the new year. You can also use this time to learn the system and how to properly use the new procedure.

However, registration on the platform is not the only new requirement to be met by enterprises that want to use TAX FREE as sellers after 1 January 2022. They must also remember to use online cash registers for this procedure.
